A new line must be added in the skin.ini in the [Fonts] section for BULLETS and HITCIRLES 

This is to not overlap for numbers greater than 10

For HITCIRCLES it is recommended to use the "!BLANK" hitcircles found in the "Hitcircles" section

To revert back to any NUMBERS try to change the "HitCircleOverlap:" line in skin.ini to a low value between 0-10 depending on font

Example in skin.ini:

HitCircleOverlap: 3
